You may use the VANO storefront for lawful personal shopping. Attempts to disrupt the service, misuse promotions, access restricted systems, or submit fraudulent information are prohibited.
Products and pricing
VANO aims to present products, images, descriptions, availability, and prices accurately. Minor visual differences may occur between screens and physical products. Current authoritative pricing and availability are checked when an order is submitted.
Orders
Submitting checkout information creates an order request. VANO may contact the customer to verify details. An order may be declined or cancelled when a product is unavailable, supplied information cannot be verified, misuse is suspected, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible.
Payment
The payment method currently offered is Cash on Delivery. The checkout and order confirmation identify the payment method and available order totals.
Shipping, refunds, and exchanges
